Passionate about my contribution to making a difference to the lives of people especially in the workplace, my focus is inspiring the next generation of business students and young entrepreneurs.

I am a fully qualified HR professional running my own HR Consultancy in South Wales. My working experience stretches across public, private and charity sectors including 3 trusteeships as HR strategic lead and recently have been appointed to the Board of Management for Hafan Cymru.
Specializing on the Equality agenda, I wrote the Disability and Single Equality Schemes for West Mercia Police and Probation Services and also ran my own Diversity training business. I have recently been guest lecturer for the CIPD HR Diploma at University of Wales Trinity St David and also project provider and mentor to final year business students at Swansea University.
